Olivia: Owner and Principal Manager

Occupation: Film School Student
Interests: I love everything about the filmmaking process, from pre-production, script-writing and editing. Getting into Film School is my greatest achievement so far, as it's so competitive! My inspirations are films such as Atonement and Empire of the Sun, directors like Hayao Miyazaki, and I adore Jane Austen, Sophie Kinsella, chocolate, and of course ... Harry Potter!
About: I created the site because I wanted to own a fansite, but I didn't just want a normal fansite, you know? Focusing on the casting process of actresses is a big deal for me, as I want to be a casting director, so making myself learn about the audition process and big casting directors is extremely useful. I love making websites, but unfortunately I'm useless at graphics, so it's the content of site that will grab my interest most.

Interests: I love reading plays and novels :) I'm currently reading the Twilight series for the first time and loving it! Favourite authors include Daphne du Maurier, Sebastian Faulks, Audrey Niffenegger and Ian Mcewan. I want to pursue the stage when I've left school. :)
About: Working on Straight from School is fun because I feel like we're doing something original. I've worked on a few fansites before but never a multi-fansite, so it's a nice challenge to have so many Actresses to look after! I like writing guides and I'm very opinionated so I hope people are entertained by this site!
